I had a lovely stay at this hotel in a calm area outside the main village. The room was spacious with a nice balcony, providing a great view of the surrounding Tatra mountains. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff members were kind and helpful. The hotel facilities, such as the big swimming pool and sauna , were enjoyable amenities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.

The food at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of options. the buffet had a great selection, and the mineral water in the pool was refreshing. the hotel's location offered beautiful views of the Tatra mountains.

There were some areas that needed improvement. the hotel could benefit from better food management, as some of the buffet fridges were not working properly, resulting in room temperature salads.
